What is Energy Star?

Energy Star is a rating provided by the federal goverment. Energy Star products must meet strict energy efficiency guidelines put in place by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the US Department of Energy.

Energy Tax Credit

The federal government is currently providing a tax credit on the purchase of certain energy efficient windows and doors. The standards for this tax credit are even stricter than those required for an Energy Star rating.

All B&G Windows meet the stricter requirements and qualify for this energy tax credit, which is a 30% tax credit up to $1,500.

This program only runs through December 2010, so don’t put off your chance for extra savings with our energy efficient windows.
